AI for Impact Lab

In this project, we have two overarching goals. One aim is to create "A Roadmap for Generative AI in the Public Interest, which provides researchers and policymakers with a framework for designing and evaluating generative AI tools that address public-interest challenges. A second aim is to explore how generative AI can enhance social service delivery, from helping people find community resources to assisting social workers in processing and delivering benefits such as SNAP or TANF.
